  • Account or registration details, if applicable.

b) Report Data

  • Photographs, descriptions, and category of issues you submit.
  • Time and date of submission.
  • Location information associated with reports.

c) Camera and Photo Permissions

Our mobile application requests camera and photo library permissions to allow you to capture and upload photographs of community issues you wish to report. These permissions are used solely for the following purposes:

  • Camera Access: To take photos directly within the app when reporting issues such as road damage, garbage accumulation, broken streetlights, or other public infrastructure problems.
  • Photo Library Access: To select and upload existing photos from your device's gallery that document community issues.
  • Report Enhancement: Photos help municipal authorities better understand and address reported issues more effectively.

Permission Management: You can control camera and photo permissions through your device settings. Denying these permissions will limit your ability to submit visual reports, but you can still submit text-based reports.

d) Location Data

GPS coordinates or manually entered addresses to identify the location of reported issues. Location data helps route reports to the appropriate local authorities.

e) Technical Data

Browser type, device information, IP address, operating system, and interaction logs to ensure app functionality and security.

  • To comply with applicable laws and maintain public records of reported issues.

We will only collect data necessary for the purpose for which it is intended.
